THE FRONT DESK

You can reach the front desk at +46 31 726 5300. Opening hours for the front desk/concert hall are as follows: Weekday: 8:30- 18.00 Saturday: 11.00- 15.00

Hours are subject to change.  Changes are always posted at the stage door entrance.

Key card will be handed out by the receptionist and has to be returned after the dress rehearsal..

After receiving your key card, you are free to stay in the building between 7.00 - 23.00. If you haven’t received a key card, you are welcome to stay in the building during the opening hours of the front desk.

Visitors need to sign in at the front desk. Employees are personally responsible for any visitors and should always escort visitors out when leaving. In case visitors do not enter the building via the front desk, please remember to not leave any visitors alone.

The lift at the end of the corridor opens with a key card or by the staff at the front desk. Please introduce yourself and ask for the elevator.

The reception desk is not to be held responsible for instruments or luggage.

Visitors must be registered at the reception desk and receive a visitor tag. Each employee is responsible for their visitors during their entire stay.  Please escort your visitors out of the building when they leave.  If your visitors enter the house another way than through the reception desk, you must be in their company throughout their entire stay.  Otherwise please check them in at the reception desk and pick up a visitor tag.

Illness is to be reported to the designated person of each section..
